A Senior team of all Women in college taking the lead

Studying at UNLV for years, these three strong women have been heading towards a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management. For the final capstone, they decided to create Delightfully Turkish to bring Turkish flavors to the city of Las Vegas. Although the team is made up of three, they work stronger together to collaborate with their great ideas.

Makya is an experienced chef with a background in restaurant management. Her passion for foodservice has taken her to Montana at Sage Lodge and brings her now to Bistro 410.

Executive Chef and Marketing Manager

Julia, Senior UNLV

Julia has been working in the Hospitality Industry for 3 years She enjoys cooking for family and friends so much she loved the idea of cooking for Bistro 410.

Sous Chef and Kitchen Manager

Carina, Senior UNLV

Carina has been working in the Hospitality Industry for two years. Cooking is more than just a hobby to her. The "passion" brings her to Bistro 410.
